      Speaker: Loren Aquino, 2024 ISSA Hawaii Chapter President

      In this session, we will help you draft your Information Security Policy. This is a critical document that all companies need, whether you need to meet compliance, get cybersecurity insurance or need to protect valuable client date/intellectual property. It sets the tone for everything security related in your environment. Attendees will receive a template that they can take back to the office and continue to work on.

      Those who already have a policy can use this session to update it and add some items that may be missing.

      There's a lot of excitement with the recent release of Microsoft Copilot, enabling AI to a huge Microsoft Office install base, and making AI more pervasive than ever. We'll discuss some of the use cases of how and why companies are jumping on the bandwagon to adopt AI. However, we'll also discuss why it is so important to consider the risks of exposing sensitive data when deploying it. We plan to show a checklist of things to consider. There will be snippets of a recorded seminar from Converge's Solution Specialist Eric Towt and Solution Architect Dani Houpt shared at this presentation
