Sponsor Guidelines

• A qualifying sponsor must be associated, in whole or in part, with the business, science, or education of information systems security
• The ISSA chapter's board reserves the right to deny qualification of any request for sponsorship

• Annual Sponsorship is for the duration of one calendar year, January 1st through December 31st, for the year indicated
• Annual Sponsorship donations for a current year must be received before March 15th or it will be applied to the following year
• A qualifying sponsor will be entitled to all benefits associated with the level of sponsorship as defined for the annual period of sponsorship
• A qualifying sponsor is not obligated to accept any benefits offered
• Special offers or conditions of sponsorship, or substitutions of sponsorship benefits may be offered to a sponsor or potential sponsor, at the discretion of the chapter board
• Annual sponsorship designations, donation qualifiers, and associated benefits may be reevaluated and redefined at anytime

Monthly Luncheon Presentation

• Sponsor will be entitled to provide a speaker for one (1) of the ten (10) regularly scheduled chapter luncheon/presentation meetings
• The sponsor's designated luncheon speaker must meet the chapter's requirements for speaker and topic qualifications
• It is the sponsor's responsibility to request and schedule an available luncheon date for their speaker

Recognition

• Sponsor's logo will be featured on the ISSA Chapter's table banner
• Sponsor's logo will be displayed on the ISSA Chapter's web site
• A link to the sponsor's web site will be present on the ISSA Chapter's web site

• A qualifying sponsor must be associated, in whole or in part, with the business, science, or education of information systems security
• The ISSA chapter's board reserves the right to deny qualification of any request to sponsor an event

• A qualifying sponsor will be entitled to all benefits associated with the specific level of event sponsorship as defined or agreed upon
• A qualifying sponsor is not obligated to accept any benefits offered
• Event sponsorship benefits are subject to change from event to event, but will be defined prior to the beginning of each event
• Special offers or conditions of sponsorship, or substitutions of sponsorship benefits may be offered to a sponsor or potential sponsor, at the discretion of the chapter board
• Sponsor will pay in advance of the event, a fixed fee based on anticipated attendee count

Hosted Events

• The event could be one of the chapter's monthly luncheons, a special breakfast, a special luncheon, an evening reception or dinner, or any combination of these
• The chapter will announce the event to its usual audience and through the same methods used to inform potential attendees for other ISSA scheduled events

• A qualifying sponsor must be associated, in whole or in part, with the business, science, or education of information systems security
• The ISSA chapter's board reserves the right to deny qualification of any request to sponsor an event

• A qualifying sponsor will be entitled to all benefits associated with the specific level of event sponsorship as defined or agreed upon
• A qualifying sponsor is not obligated to accept any benefits offered
• Event sponsorship benefits are subject to change from event to event, but will be defined prior to the beginning of each event
• Special offers or conditions of sponsorship, or substitutions of sponsorship benefits may be offered to a sponsor or potential sponsor, at the discretion of the chapter board
• Sponsor will pay in advance of the conference, a fixed fee based on anticipated attendee count

• Full Breakfast Service (sit-down or buffet) - The sponsor may display logos and signage within the entire buffet and/or serving area designated for dining, for the duration of the service
• An announced recognition of appreciation for the sponsor or an opportunity for the sponsor to make a short announcement (no more than five (5) minutes in duration) will be provided

• Full Luncheon Service - The sponsor may display logos and signage within the entire serving area designated for dining, for the duration of the service
• An announced recognition of appreciation for the sponsor or an opportunity for the sponsor to make a short announcement (no more than five (5) minutes in duration) will be provided
